Terms of service

Don’t use tap.je to link to malware, phishing, scams, illegal content, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t use it to send spam or to get around another service’s blocks. We may disable any link or account that does, without notice.

Short links you create without an account expire after 30 days unless you claim them. Free and paid plan limits are described on the pricing page.

You own your links and anything you upload, and you’re responsible for where they point. You give us permission to store and serve them so tap.je can work.

Pro and Team are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until you cancel in billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan runs to the end of the paid period and then drops to Free. Your links keep working after a downgrade. Payments aren’t refunded except where the law requires.

We work hard to keep links up, but tap.je is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use tap.je means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions: hi@10kb.co.
